Canvas Construction

All DaVinci Crown suits are custom tailored with full canvas construction. This is the highest grade of construction available and it takes at least two weeks to complete each suit. Full canvas construction yields superior comfort and durability in all DaVinci Crown suits.

Our suits are absolutely never fused, and incorporate floating chest pieces. Floating chest pieces are hand stitched into each suit and move more naturally with the coat. They allow for freer, more comfortable movement, and a more natural fit.
